What’s on the Horizon for Hoboken Development

The City of Hoboken recently announced exciting development news. KMS Development Partners closed a deal on 8/3/22 to build Hoboken’s second hotel, a 20-story Hilton. Construction is expected to begin in 2023 at 1 Sinatra Drive South. The new Hilton Hotel will rise 20 stories around and above the Frank Sinatra Post Office, which will remain intact.
