A buyer needs to vision their personal touch in your place – decluttering and cleaning give them a template to do that. Making an investment in new paint, and even some small furnishings can help to sell your home.

Advertise your Home – We will create a marketing plan specific to your home. You want to get the word out to as many people as possible. Your agent knows the mediums in which to do that properly.


This is the most exciting step to selling but keep in mind this marks the beginning of a whole new phase. We are there for you during every step. This is where the paperwork and negations begin. This is where your agent will make sure the potential buyer is qualified.


This stage can, in some cases take days or weeks. Most offers require some level of negotiation. Negotiations can happen in phases – including attorney review, home inspection and repairs, and the bank approval process for the buyer.


This is where we tie up any loose ends. At this point all the paperwork should be signed and fully executed. The bank will clear the buyer to close and they will schedule a final walk-through during this stage. Your home will be clean and vacant at this point. Your agent will also help you figure out when utilities need to be switched. This is where ownership officially changes hands.
