LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE

Love where you live

The best part of our job is helping clients find a home in the communities we love so much. Heres why we love where we live. Tell us why you love your home too!

Elizabeth: Hoboken has a neighborhood feel, similar to walking into your favorite college bar to a room full of friendly faces. I love running into people in parks, local businesses, and our favorite neighborhood spot Olivia’s. As my kids have grown, they now find their fun out the front door, rather than the back door. This urban neighborhood, with its ethnic and socio-economic diversity, is second to none.

Mark: It’s a community where you walk down the street and people say how are you? It’s a community where the teachers, students and parents are all together in schools and parks raising the children. It’s a community that’s next to the most dynamic city in the world that has opportunities for all.

Amber: How do I love thee, Hoboken? Let me count the many ways. Raising independent children, seeing a familiar face on every corner, Mojo, and getting my favorite table at Olivia’s.

Steve: I love living in Downtown JC for it’s diversity, walkability, and the bars and restaurants.

Erin: Hoboken waterfront! Walkable small city that our kids can navigate on their own! In every neighborhood/building we’ve lived in, we’ve made lifelong friendships! Diverse ethnically and socioeconomically! Great public schools!

Lisa: I love Hamiliton Park for all its activities for families, it’s diversity, and the easy commute to NYC.

Kate: Hoboken Love! It’s walkable, has amazing coffee shops, great public schools, and friendly faces on every corner.
