HUDSON COUNTY NEIGHBORHOODS: YEAR OVER YEAR ANALYSIS OF MEDIAN SALES PRICE

The charts below reflect Year over Year (YOY) Median Sales Price for Hudson County neighborhoods for condos and single family homes. Median Sales Price continues to rise across most Hudson County neighborhoods. Single family homes have seen greater median sales price year over year growth than condos. For neighborhoods where Median Sales Price has dropped from 2022, we attribute this to the lower volume of transactions. Identical units in the same building have traded for more in 2023 vs. 2022. Prices are up, but less has traded in full service buildings this year. As a result, some Median Sales Price YOY data appear lower.
