Year Over Year Median Sales Price Analysis: Condos and Single Family Homes

The data below reflect year over year (YOY) Median Sales Price for Hudson County neighborhoods. Median Sales Price for condos (0, 1, 2 and 3BR) and single family homes continues to rise across most Hudson County neighborhoods. For neighborhoods where Median Sales Price has dropped from 2022, we attribute this to the lower volume of transactions. Identical units in the same building have traded for more in 2023 vs. 2022. Prices are up, but less has traded in full service buildings this year. As a result, some Median Sales Price YOY data appears lower.
