The Hoboken Weekly Market Report has been updated below to reflect data through 1/2/23. With the new year, the Sold YTD data has reset and new listings are down due to the holiday break. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) reflects the Hoboken Market is a Seller’s Market for Single Family, Studio/1BR, 2BR and 3BR Condos, while Multi Family (2+) homes are a Buyer’s Market.
