HOBOKEN WEEKLY MARKET REPORT

The Hoboken Weekly Market Report has been updated below to reflect data through 11/27/22. Listings continue to move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market seeing an uptick which is typical for this time of year and expected given the economic market. New listings coming onto the market were low due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) reflects the Hoboken Market is a Seller’s Market for Single Family, Studio/1BR and 2BR Condos, while 3BR Condos and Multi Family (2+) homes are a Buyer’s Market.
