Listings continue to come onto the market and move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold, with median days on market seeing a slight uptick, which is typical during this time of year. Absorption rate (which measures how quickly inventory is moving) shows 1, 2 and 3+ Condos are a Seller’s Market, while 1 and 2+ Family homes are a Buyer’s Market.
