The Hoboken Real Estate Weekly Market Report is listed below, with data through August 7, 2022. Listings continue to move steadily from Active to Pending to Sold. Average prices remain consistent, with new listings coming on the market every week. Hoboken remains a strong seller’s market, per Absorption Rate calculations. Absorption Rate measures the rate at which homes are sold over a given period of time (30 days). A score between 5 and 6 is a neutral market, while anything less than 5 is a Seller’s Market, and anything greater than 6 is a Buyer’s Market.
